Palamedes PR has been appointed by Lifelong Workshops, a pioneering new health and fitness initiative.
The agency will support Lifelong Workshops in its pre-launch preparations and promote its launch event. Palamedes PR has also been tasked with securing one or more brand ambassadors.
Lifelong founder Daniel Fallon (pictured above) said: “Lifelong is an initiative that will, we believe, empower people – including youngsters – to take health and wellbeing into their own hands.
“We’re excited by our range of workshops delivered to schools and groups involved in children’s care, and have a selection of books encouraging key fitness skills and movements, as well as promoting self-esteem and motivation.
